Women of Orbex

In 2025, we celebrated the contributions of women across the Orbex team including those working in: Avionics, Structures, Propulsion, Software, Systems, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Manufacturing, Executive, Community Liaison, Recruitment, HR, Health & Safety, and Quality.

Last year we formed a group dedicated to the Women of Orbex, it's a network for all the women that work at Orbex to meet and share experiences and information, to celebrate the achievements of women on the team, to involve women in activities to inspire the younger generation plus much more.

To mark International Women's Day this year, the group spent time together and enjoyed an inspirational talk from Nicola Douglas, Executive Director of Sustainable Investment at the The Scottish National Investment Bank.
