Phil Chambers is CEO of Orbex, where he leads the company’s strategic direction and oversees the growth of its orbital launch services business. He joined Orbex in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from the European tech sector. Phil co-founded Peakon, an employee engagement platform acquired by Workday, and held executive roles at Qype (acquired by Yelp), Podio, and Gumtree. He has successfully scaled businesses and led cross-functional teams across product, operations, and organisational development.
